Terms of Service
Transparency and mutual respect are the foundation of great collaboration. Please read the following terms carefully before commissioning PixVerse.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Security Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required upfront. For larger or returning clients, this may be reduced or waived.
- Per-Task Payments: For long-term projects, structured payments per milestone or task may apply.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due once 80% of the project is complete or as agreed upon. Final assets will be released after full payment.
- Late Payment Policy: Payments delayed beyond 3 days will incur a fee of 1,000 Robux or $5/day, capped at $50. Waivers may be granted at PixVerse’s discretion.
Minimum Commission Policy: We do not accept commissions under 7,000 Robux or $30 unless explicitly approved. Percentage-based commissions are only considered if the project is already generating revenue. All transaction fees, including payment processor fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), must be covered by the client.
Scope of Services
PixVerse specializes in development for Roblox and related platforms. All services and deliverables will be defined and agreed upon before work begins.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain rights to final deliverables. PixVerse reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios. Editable/source files are not included unless paid for separately.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. In such cases, any completed work will be invoiced, and no further services will be rendered. Deposits are non-refundable.
Refund and Dispute Resolution
If issues arise, clients must first attempt to resolve them directly with PixVerse. Refunds will not be issued unless explicitly stated in the contract. Disputes unresolved through communication may be escalated to third-party mediation under terms specified in the agreement.
Agreement
By commissioning PixVerse, you agree to abide by these terms. Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Legal Disclaimer
PixVerse is not liable for project outcomes that depend on external factors such as platform changes, team mismanagement, or third-party delays.
