Our Payment Policy

Embarking on this journey together, it's important to set clear expectations
regarding payments. Our time and expertise are valuable, and we are
dedicated to providing you with high-quality results. We appreciate your
understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30-40% of the total project cost is required upfront to secure our services. This deposit ensures a commitment from both parties and allows us to allocate time and resources to your project. This fee may be reduced or waived for larger commissions or returning and trusted clients.
  2. Per-Task Payments: For extensive or larger-scale projects, payments can be structured on a per-task basis, with payments due upon completing each task. This arrangement promotes progress and transparency throughout the project's duration.
  3. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of 70-80% of the project, or as specified in our agreement. Final deliverables will be provided once this payment is received in full.
  4. Late Payment Policy: Payments not received within three days of the due date will incur a late fee. The deadline for payment is set based on mutual agreement, and our scheduling relies on adherence to this timeline. A late fee of an additional 1,000 Robux or $5 per day will be applied until payment is received. This fee may only be waived by PixVerse Project Managers.

We do not accept commissions under 7,000 Robux or $30 unless explicitly agreed upon by the management team. "Percentage-based" commissions are not accepted for games that are not already generating profit.

Agreement

You agree to abide by these payment terms and conditions by commissioning PixVerse. Any deviations must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
